The Solution Engineer drives the technical direction of the sales process, working closely with sales teams to design and present solutions that directly address customer challenges. By conducting in-depth discovery sessions, you'll gather requirements, uncover pain points, and translate them into compelling, customized demonstrations using NICE’s portfolio of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to enterprise client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—from frontline staff to executives—to understand business goals and technical constraints
- Design and execute proof of concept initiatives that validate solution effectiveness
- Respond accurately to technical and functional components of RFIs and RFPs
- Partner with account executives and cross-functional teams to align solution strategies with sales objectives
- Build demo storyboards that reflect real-world use cases and measurable outcomes
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a strong foundation in enterprise software sales support with a focus on scalable, cloud-based platforms. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities while delivering clear, value-driven messaging.
- Minimum of 7 years supporting portfolio-level software solutions in enterprise environments
- At least 1 year focused on Conversational AI or Digital Transformation offerings
- Proven ability to present and demonstrate technical platforms effectively
- Experience shaping demo and POC narratives based on customer-specific scenarios
- Track record of influencing strategic deals through technical credibility
- Skilled at communicating across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with CCaaS, customer experience (CX), and AI-driven interaction platforms
- Experience with SaaS product suites and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Technical certifications in cloud or contact center technologies are a plus
