About the Role
The individual in this position will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective system configurations and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business processes and technical environments to identify integration opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate product capabilities during client engagements
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility for prospective clients
- Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Configure and customize software platforms to align with client use cases
- Support the development of solution architectures that meet performance and scalability needs
- Participate in technical discovery sessions with customer stakeholders
- Document system designs, integration points, and deployment plans
- Troubleshoot technical issues during pre-sales and implementation phases
- Provide input on product enhancements based on customer feedback
- Work with development teams to clarify solution requirements
- Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards
- Assist in defining data migration strategies for system transitions
- Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and industry trends
