About the Role

The Account Executive will identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the SMB segment across Southeast Asia, using a data-driven and customer-centric approach to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the SMB sector across Southeast Asian markets
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to connect with prospects
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that address business challenges
  • Manage a full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Use CRM tools to track activities, forecast revenue, and report performance
  • Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse cultural and business environments
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and objections
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product and sales knowledge
  • Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Support the development of localized sales strategies
  • Build long-term relationships to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Represent the company at virtual industry events and networking forums
  • Follow compliance and data privacy guidelines in all customer interactions
  • Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Provide input on sales process improvements based on field experience
