Sedna is hiring a Solution Consultant - Pre-Sales

Drive impact in maritime technology as a Solution Consultant, playing a central role in shaping how prospects experience our platform. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales and product teams to uncover customer challenges, align solutions, and accelerate deal progression through insight-driven engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations, translating customer pain points into clear, value-focused outcomes.
  • Develop tailored presentations and custom demos that reflect real-world use cases and industry-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering to refine statements of work, business cases, and implementation plans that set clear expectations.
  • Stay current with maritime industry trends and technological developments to position solutions with confidence.
  • Enhance demo environments and sales tooling to improve consistency and impact across customer interactions.
  • Advocate for customer needs within product and marketing teams, feeding market insights to shape future development.
  • Coach sales teams on solution messaging and best practices, strengthening their ability to communicate value.
  • Identify roadblocks in the pre-sales cycle and take initiative to resolve them, keeping momentum strong.
