About the Role

Orgvue is hiring a Solution Consultant to be the technical face of the Orgvue platform. You will present its value to prospects and customers, working with partners to execute the functional, technical, and business strategy within the sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Orgvue platform.
  • Work directly with enterprise companies, customers, and consulting partners to learn and document their major business challenges and pain points.
  • Credibly relate to client challenges and demonstrate solutions to solve their business problems.
  • Deliver tailored sessions positioned appropriately for audiences, from C-Suite down to technical analysts.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Account Managers through direct customer interaction, building platform confidence and removing technical or workflow objections.
  • Alongside sales teams, build value-based proposals that highlight current challenges, paint a future vision, and quantify potential value.
  • Provide a high-level overview of product architecture, functionality, data requirements, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Deliver functional and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs while coordinating wider business engagement.
  • Assist the sales team with strategy for their pipeline.
  • Act as a principal sales liaison with global consulting services, product engineering, and marketing to communicate market requirements.
  • When required, establish Proof of Concept (POC) or pilot key success criteria and support the process.
  • Promote team education, enablement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Represent Orgvue at conferences and tradeshows, and support marketing in delivering social content.
  • Design enterprise-class solutions as a fully integrated SaaS platform.
  • Travel when required.
  • Keep up to date on relevant competitive solutions and engage with marketing on this.
  • Understand and map clients' HR tech landscape to assess Orgvue's ability to solve business pain.

You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers.

Work Mode

This role is based in London, Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, or Sydney.
