Role OverviewJoin a forward-thinking team as a Solution Consultant, where you'll serve as a technical authority for a cloud-based enterprise platform. You'll partner with sales, clients, and consulting teams to uncover business challenges and showcase how technology can deliver measurable value. Your expertise will be central in shaping proposals, guiding technical discussions, and advancing sales cycles with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical resource for the platform, supporting sales teams and external partners
- Engage with enterprise stakeholders to identify pain points and align solutions to business goals
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations suited to audiences ranging from executives to technical analysts
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build value-driven proposals that outline current challenges, future vision, and quantified benefits
- Explain system architecture, data needs, and integration capabilities in clear, audience-appropriate terms
- Respond to technical inquiries in RFI and RFP processes, coordinating input across internal teams
- Support sales strategy by advising on technical positioning and workflow alignment
- Work with global consulting, product, and marketing teams to share market insights and solution requirements
- Define success criteria and support Proof of Concept initiatives, including pilot planning and execution
- Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and enablement activities
- Represent the organization at industry events and support marketing with technical content
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions integrated within complex HR technology environments
- Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and collaborate with marketing on market intelligence
- Assess clients' existing HR tech ecosystems to determine fit and value potential
Qualifications
- Proven experience with the Orgvue platform and enterprise SaaS solutions
- Background in enterprise software implementation and full product lifecycles
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their role in organizational planning
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and integration scenarios
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model with office locations in London, Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney. Occasional travel may be required to support client engagements and team collaboration.
