Join EXL as a Solution Consultant and lead the development of innovative solutions that accelerate growth for our insurance business. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating EXL's Data and AI capabilities with select partner offerings, spanning the full solution lifecycle from identifying business needs to providing architectural guidance.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the onboarding of insureTechs and insurance platform players, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Information Security, and Application Security teams to ensure smooth testing and evaluation of partner offerings.
- Provide technical expertise to support internal and external teams, addressing technical challenges for clients and partners.
- Collaborate with EXL’s Digital, Digital Ops, IT, and solution teams to orchestrate POCs, Pilots, and full-scale deployments of partner-led offerings.
- Facilitate the development of demos, go-to-market collateral, and other materials to support the go-to-market strategy.
- Create the roadmap for evolving solutions developed during pilot implementations into reusable platforms.
- Contribute effectively to marketing collateral and thought leadership focused on creating industry awareness of offerings.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of overall professional experience.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in process consulting or process re-engineering.
- BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics, or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies, Architecture, and Security reviews.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Six-Sigma, and Agile Methodologies.
- Experience in the Insurance domain.
- Ability to think 'outside the box' and develop creative solutions to complex technical and business problems.
- Experience packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders.
- Evidence of a problem-solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
- Superior written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- An MBA is preferred but not essential.
