Lead the design and integration of innovative insurance solutions by leveraging data, AI, and partnerships with insurTechs and platform providers.. Manage the full lifecycle of solutions, from identifying business requirements to evaluating partners, onboarding, and delivering proofs of concept and implementations.. Ensure alignment between EXL's capabilities and external partner offerings to deliver client-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for insurTechs and insurance platform providers, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems.
- Work closely with IT, cloud infrastructure, cloud security, information security, and application security teams to support testing and evaluation of partner solutions.
- Offer technical guidance to internal teams, clients, and partners to resolve technical challenges during implementation.
- Partner with Digital, Digital Ops, IT, and solution teams to coordinate proofs of concept, pilot programs, and full-scale client deployments.
- Support the creation of demonstrations, go-to-market materials, and other assets to advance commercialization efforts.
- Develop a strategic path to transform pilot-stage solutions into scalable, reusable platforms.
- Assist in developing marketing content and thought leadership to promote awareness of solution offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in process consulting or process re-engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Proven exposure to cloud technologies, architecture design, and security assessments.
- Mandatory experience in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for complex technical and business challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous business environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Superior written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- MBA degree preferred, though not required.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking, Six-Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in packaging and presenting capabilities to senior business leaders.
