As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of integrated solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. Your work will focus on optimizing system performance, tailoring configurations to meet client needs, and ensuring seamless transitions from on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, customize, and enhance D365 CE environments to improve stability and business alignment
- Design and troubleshoot components within Dynamics 365 Field Service and related modules
- Lead technical workshops and client discussions in both German and English
- Manage on-premises D365 CRM systems, including backend technologies such as SQL, IIS, ADFS, and SharePoint
- Drive cloud migration initiatives and integrate data across Dataverse and external sources
- Develop scalable solutions using Power Automate and other Power Platform tools
- Provide technical training, resolve complex system issues, and support key stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of evolving engineering practices and apply modern methodologies
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through clear communication
- Complete required training programs on schedule and participate in regular management check-ins
Qualifications
Candidates must bring over a decade of experience in cloud systems, IT consulting, or technical support. Deep familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Contact Center, and Field Service is essential. You should demonstrate advanced skills in configuring and optimizing D365 CE applications and the Power Platform.
Fluency in both German and English is required for effective collaboration. Strong abilities in technical documentation, presentations, and organizational planning are expected. Microsoft certifications at the Architect or Functional Consultant level are highly valued.
