Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of technology solutions for wealth management, covering platform deployment, system integration, and data architecture, while overseeing skilled developers and technical consultants.
- Manage relationships with Wealth Tech vendors, including joint market initiatives, pipeline growth, and strategic partnerships, establishing the firm as a top-tier implementation and integration provider.
- Convert business needs across the advisor lifecycle into technical designs that support client onboarding, account administration, portfolio oversight, trade execution, performance analysis, billing, and client interaction.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of the Wealth Tech ecosystem, including third-party asset managers, portfolio and order management systems, CRM platforms, financial planning software, custodial interfaces, and data aggregation services.
- Assist clients in refining their operating models by enhancing resource allocation, technology infrastructure, and business processes for both front-office and back-office operations.
- Establish and promote technical methodologies for implementations, including software development life cycles, data migration plans, API and custodial integration models, and client onboarding procedures.
- Communicate solution options and architectural designs to business and technical stakeholders at all levels, clearly conveying industry best practices and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the definition of project scope, team structure, schedules, and goals within specific workstreams or client engagements.
- Ensure deliverables are developed and documented in alignment with defined specifications and quality standards.
- Engage in project meetings and maintain clear communication with client teams, architects, analysts, project managers, and developers, providing regular status updates.
- Support internal intellectual property initiatives, including solution propositions, delivery accelerators, and deep expertise in at least one Wealth Tech domain.
- Take ownership in guiding and developing team members through mentorship and coaching.
