Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Mid-Level Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of financial process automation. You will define solution architecture, configure integrations, and ensure successful client deployments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and configuration of Basware / Esker AP Automation, P2P, and related modules.
- Define solution architecture that aligns with client business requirements and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Provide guidance and best practices for invoice automation, procurement, and supplier management.
- Conduct solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Basware solutions within the project team.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience delivering AP Automation, P2P, or financial process automation solutions.
- Proven success designing and implementing Basware, Esker, or similar platforms, with direct involvement in multiple end-to-end client deployments.
- Hands-on experience integrating automation platforms with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and oversee configuration and UAT phases.
- Exposure to integration design (APIs, data mapping, and workflow rules) and familiarity with data migration approaches.
- Experience providing mentorship to junior consultants or configuration resources within a structured delivery framework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in French.
- Advanced education or certifications in Basware, Esker, or ERP integration.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, SharePoint, PowerPoint, LucidApp and Visio.
