CAVU, part of Manchester Airports Group (MAG), is looking for a Solution Architect to join its MAG Technology team. You will play a key role in transforming the business through technology, digital, and automation, defining holistic solutions across systems, data, process, and people.
What You'll Do
- Define technology solutions to meet business requirements across airports and group functions.
- Provide architectural design and oversight for the SAP SuccessFactors HCM & Payroll platform.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to interact, influence, and build consensus with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Commercial astuteness.
- Detailed technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies, systems, infrastructure, private and public cloud, and development and DevOps toolsets.
- Experience building and executing a tech strategy, maintaining a technology roadmap, and adapting to change.
- Experience developing and maintaining a technical architecture (enterprise, applications, service, infrastructure, data) using a recognised methodology like TOGAF.
- Hands-on experience with HR & Payroll Platforms, specifically SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals.

- Awareness of the Airport/Aviation technology landscape.
