About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the technical lead responsible for maintaining and enhancing client Anaplan platforms within long-term support engagements. You will manage day-to-day model support, resolve issues through a ticketing system, implement improvements, and act as a reliable client liaison.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main support contact for ongoing client Anaplan models under long-term managed service agreements
- Process and assess incoming client support requests, fixing reported issues and implementing requested model updates
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Anaplan models to maintain reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance
- Implement user interface and dashboard refinements based on client feedback and evolving requirements
- Document and monitor progress for all support tasks using designated project management systems
- Collaborate directly with client teams to identify business needs and convert them into functional Anaplan configurations
- Perform routine model upkeep, including data integrations, security settings, and workspace administration
- Support internal skill development and share best practices within the EPM team
