About the Role
The individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design effective Anaplan models, and deliver scalable solutions that improve decision-making and planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and assess business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Design and build Anaplan models that support financial and operational planning
- Translate complex business processes into functional model logic
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate source systems with Anaplan
- Test and validate model accuracy, performance, and usability
- Provide training and support to end users and administrators
- Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on feedback
- Maintain documentation for models, workflows, and configurations
- Support deployment of new modules and functionality
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Work with project managers to meet implementation timelines
- Assist in change management activities during rollouts
- Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and features
- Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews
- Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when needed
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and collect feedback
- Develop best practices for model development and maintenance
- Support integration with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in post-implementation support and stabilization
- Produce reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives
- Manage version control and model lifecycle processes
- Promote adoption of Anaplan across business units
