Responsibilities

- Translate customer requirements into technical configurations

- Troubleshoot technical challenges during solution deployment
- Create and share technical documentation for partner use

- Ensure compliance with licensing and technical guidelines
- Support certification and accreditation efforts for partner engineers
- Monitor partner technical health and engagement levels

- Assist with onboarding new partners onto the platform

- Track and report on technical engagement metrics
