Sentry Management is looking for a Software Solutions Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage the implementation of our software engineering projects. You will ensure our systems operate consistently and align with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and customers regarding our enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose user-reported issues through service support systems.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product backlog, prioritizing features based on feedback and research.
- Communicate product requirements clearly to the development team to ensure a shared understanding.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement industry-leading software technology to drive company functions and initiatives.
- Coordinate assignments of internal resources and external partners to meet project requirements.
- Own the overall success of testing, including verification and release sign-off for software projects.
What We're Looking For
- A combination of education and experience in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant technical business discipline, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, One Note, Planner, and SharePoint.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Capability to lift 50lbs.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant industry certifications in project management, cloud technologies, computer platforms, systems, networks, data services, or security.
- Understanding of accounting processes, systems, and terminology.
- Merchant Payment Processing or technology knowledge.
- Experience with Homeowner Association Management.
- Experience with multi-state operations.
