Jobgether is seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer II to ensure the quality and reliability of our SaaS and data-driven applications. You will design and implement testing frameworks, collaborate with engineers and product owners, and validate software functionality, all while working remotely from India.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks for SaaS applications and data operations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners to understand functional requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Perform regression, functional, and performance testing, validating new features and system enhancements.
Document and report defects using bug tracking systems, and monitor system behavior under load.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI and GenAI solutions, to enhance testing practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing SaaS applications.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Windows and Unix environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with adaptability to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience testing AI solutions.
Azure AI/Data Fundamentals certifications.
Expertise in Python, SQL Server, Vue.js, Selenium, Apache JMeter, or Test Harness.
