Crypto.com is seeking a QA Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the high-quality performance and reliability of our trading platform. You will play a key role in safeguarding our platform's stability for users globally.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans for the trading platform.
- Identify, document, and track software defects from discovery to resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate implementations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Provide technical support and analysis for production issues related to platform quality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a QA or support engineering role for a financial or trading platform.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with API testing and familiarity with trading concepts (orders, market data).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
