Flourish Software is looking for a Software Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our platform and our clients' success. You will lead software implementations for cannabis operators, from SMBs to multi-state enterprises, configuring workflows, training users, and maintaining compliance.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end software implementations for cannabis operations of varying complexity.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting strict timelines and budget requirements.
Serve as the primary technical liaison during the onboarding phase.
Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored implementation strategies.
Configure Flourish's platform to match cannabis supply chain workflows, including cultivation, manufacturing, inventory, and compliance reporting.
Assist with data migration from legacy systems like spreadsheets or other platforms.
Provide virtual and in-person training on platform features and operational best practices.
Proactively identify implementation risks and guide clients through mitigation.
Utilize project management tools to plan, track, and communicate milestones.
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues and communicate feedback.
Contribute to process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Support the development of implementation best practices and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

Experience working in a start-up environment.
Project management experience in a technology environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong Excel, SQL, and data-oriented technical aptitude.
Experience with process mapping and SOP development.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfort with technical training in both a live and remote setting.
Familiarity with software development, tracking, project management, and communication tools.

Nice to Have

At least two years of technical or operational experience in a cannabis production environment or a similar role.
Direct METRC and/or BioTrack experience.
