Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle software deployments for cannabis businesses of varying sizes, from small operations to large enterprises
- Oversee several active projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and agreed-upon project scopes
- Act as the main technical contact during client onboarding to establish a foundation for sustained success
- Evaluate client requirements and design customized implementation plans
- Set up the platform to align with cannabis supply chain processes such as growing tracking, production, stock control, and regulatory reporting
- Support the transfer of data from outdated systems, including spreadsheets, accounting software, or competing platforms
- Deliver remote and on-site training sessions covering system functionality, compliance procedures, and efficient operational methods
- Anticipate potential obstacles during deployment and help clients implement corrective actions
- Use project management software to schedule, monitor, and report on key project stages and outputs
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success departments to ensure smooth client transitions
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot issues and relay user feedback
- Help create and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and knowledge resources
- Assist in refining implementation frameworks and recommended approaches
