Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to serve as the crucial link between our innovative scheduling software and its diverse client base. You will ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support, applying consultative skills to optimize client workflows.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in the scheduling product and understand clients' unique workflows.
- Onboard and train new clients through remote and onsite sessions, analyzing their scheduling requirements and configuring the software accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to software configuration, providing clear guidance on corrective actions.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, including executive sponsors and department leaders, to maximize product value and user satisfaction.
- Identify and share best practices to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Act as the client advocate within the organization, representing their needs and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Account Executives, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex software products and apply knowledge effectively with clients.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and drive process improvements.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a software implementation role.
- Must reside in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones within the western United States.
- Must be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
