TensorOps is looking for a Part-time Software Engineer to architect and implement technology, tools, and infrastructure for our mobile game platform. In this role, you will empower game development teams by building robust backend systems.
What You'll Do
- Build distributed, high-performance shared game services.
- Develop internal tools for operations, data analysis, and automation.
- Support and empower teams across the company.
- Learn, teach, and grow within a strong engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
- 4th year in Computer Science or another engineering discipline.
- Understanding of fundamentals for distributed, highly scalable, low latency, fault tolerant backend architecture.
- Entry-level knowledge of the Go programming language, including basic syntax, goroutines, and channels.
- Strong engineering, design, and architecture skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AWS, NoSQL or in-memory databases, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
- Passion for mobile puzzle games, specifically Match Villains.
