Employ Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer - Mission Manager to design and manage the software systems that power our critical operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mission-critical applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of mission management applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Document system architecture, processes, and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and managing production software systems.
- Strong proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
