Nextech is looking for a Software Engineer II - AR to join our distributed team. You will be instrumental in designing and building the core augmented reality applications that power our product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable augmented reality applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the AR stack
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing production-level software applications
- Strong proficiency in a modern programming language such as C#, C++, or Python
- Experience with AR/VR development frameworks (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, Unity, Unreal)
- Solid understanding of 3D mathematics, computer graphics, and real-time rendering
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
