Voldex Games is seeking Software Engineers to join our talent pool for future opportunities. In this role, you will build and launch features for Roblox games reaching millions of players daily, write clean Roblox Lua code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling gameplay experiences.

What You'll Do

Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily
Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code
Partner closely with designers, artists, and producers to craft compelling gameplay experiences
Debug, optimize, and improve live game systems
Elevate the technical quality and performance of our games
Playtest regularly and provide thoughtful design and product feedback

What We're Looking For

Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving
Familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control
Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
1+ years of Roblox development experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent development experience
Experience working in game teams
Shipped games or features on Roblox or similar platforms
Game jam or modding experience
Familiarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning, balancing)
2+ years professional software development experience

Technical Stack

Roblox Lua scripting
Analytics pipelines (Snowflake, Tableau)
Collaboration tools: GitHub, Discord
