What You'll Do
Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using Laravel and VueJS, ensuring both frontend appeal and backend efficiency. Translate creative concepts into functional digital experiences using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript practices.
Work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life, integrating frontend components with robust backend systems. Take ownership of projects, guiding them from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Set clear timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth content rollouts and feature releases. Anticipate potential issues by planning fail-safes and scalable solutions that keep systems running reliably under load.
Continuously improve the platform by expanding functionality, optimizing performance, and refreshing content. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take initiative when new challenges arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with Laravel 10 or later and its ecosystem
- Strong command of VueJS and frontend frameworks, including Nuxt.js
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and preprocessors like Sass
- Experience building and documenting RESTful APIs using tools such as Bruno, Insomnia, or Postman
- Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration
- Solid understanding of MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance profiling
- Knowledge of scalable application architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience integrating and working with Stripe API
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ability to deploy and manage applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Experience writing unit tests and producing maintainable, testable code
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Personal development machine capable of handling modern web workloads
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a developer, engineer, or product manager
- Hands-on work with Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright for testing
- Familiarity with TypeScript
