What You'll Do
Design and implement responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences across devices. Work closely with mapping engines and integrate live data from a CMS through RESTful APIs to power interactive city tour applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical specifications and ensure alignment between design intent and implementation. Explore emerging tools and techniques to enhance platform capabilities, particularly in augmented reality and geospatial visualization.
Configure and manage deployment pipelines for staging and production environments, ensuring reliability and consistency. Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and deployment processes to support long-term maintainability.
Implement event tracking to capture user interactions, enabling data-driven decisions. Conduct thorough testing across browsers and operating systems to guarantee compatibility and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of hands-on experience with JavaScript development
- Proven track record building applications with Vue.js and Nuxt.js, including at least one publicly accessible Nuxt.js project
- Solid understanding of isomorphic JavaScript applications and server-side rendering concepts
- Strong command of HTML5 semantics and accessible markup practices
- Deep expertise in CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design principles
- Keen attention to visual detail, performance optimization, and cross-browser consistency
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and mentor team members in web development practices
- Experience guiding non-web specialists, such as Unity developers, in adopting modern web standards
Preferred Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- Experience with Three.js for 3D web rendering
- Proficiency in SVG and Canvas for dynamic visual content
- Familiarity with TypeScript for robust code development
- Backend experience using Node.js, including API design and database integration
- Working knowledge of Google Maps WebGL API
