lemlist is seeking a Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer with a backend focus to design and develop new features for their SaaS sales engagement platform. The role requires strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB, with full ownership of projects in a remote, autonomous environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend
- Independently develop new features that enhance user experience and increase product functionality
- Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Help the customer support team on technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers
- Enhance overall team competency and productivity
What We're Looking For
- Expert in TypeScript / Javascript with at least 5 years of XP
- Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
- Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
- Fast learner
- Comfortable with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely; experienced with Gather, Slack, and Notion
- Adaptable and willing to work on front-end integration, back-end development, mongo optimization, customer support, and more
- Fluent in French and English
- Located in the French timezone (France +/- 3 hours)

- Self-taught with a history of developing personal projects in evenings or weekends

Compensation includes a 55K€ to 70K€ fixed salary, an 18K€ bonus, profit sharing, meal tickets, covered commuting, and a home office budget.
