Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and the CTO to advance the product roadmap
- Take ownership of features from initial exploration through to deployment
- Operate within self-directed teams focused on rapid iteration and delivery
Requirements
- Demonstrated skill in at least one core technology: React, Node.js with NestJS, GraphQL, or MongoDB
- Strong interest in learning and applying technologies beyond current expertise
- Drive to create functional and impactful products
- Proactive motivation to absorb knowledge from peers and mentors
- Initiative to start and drive projects independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Some hands-on experience, with strong eagerness to build and expand skills
- Evidence of personal projects, experimentation, open source contributions, or relevant coursework
