We’re building a modern, collaborative platform that moves beyond spreadsheets to transform how businesses plan and forecast. As a Senior or Staff Product Engineer, you’ll play a central role in developing the core product, working across the full stack while partnering closely with design and product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design, architect, and implement key features of our platform, focusing on delivering customer value quickly and iteratively
- Strengthen the technical foundation to support long-term scalability, flexibility, and faster development cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, customer experience, and design to solve complex problems
- Help grow the engineering team by mentoring others and contributing to hiring and team development
- Set a high bar for technical excellence and help define the culture of engineering at our company
What We’re Looking For
- A strong sense of ownership—you understand user needs, identify the best technical path forward, and see solutions through to completion
- At least five years of fullstack engineering experience, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality systems under startup-speed conditions
- Demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality, refactor when necessary, and know when a solution is sufficient
- A growth mindset—you take pride in your work and actively seek ways to improve
- Experience working in collaborative environments across product, design, and customer-facing teams
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience at the staff engineer level or in technical leadership roles
- Background building or scaling large web applications
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript
- Startup or founder experience
- Interest in advancing developer tooling, including integrating modern AI capabilities
- Experience with infrastructure platforms like Vercel
Work Environment
We operate as a remote-first team across North America, with quarterly in-person gatherings in San Francisco. Offices are available in San Francisco and New York for those who prefer to work locally. Travel support is provided for team meetups.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $245,000, with additional generous equity for early employees and potential performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are included as part of the total compensation package.
