What You'll Do
You'll play a central role in developing an AI-powered platform designed specifically for financial services. Your work will focus on creating intelligent tools that automate routine tasks and enhance advisor productivity. This includes refining a task management system that helps financial professionals track client work and building an AI-driven notetaker that analyzes call transcripts and CRM data to surface actionable insights.
You’ll work across the entire stack, shaping both frontend interfaces and backend services. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define system architecture, make scalable design choices, and deliver reliable features that respond to real user needs. Your contributions will directly influence how AI integrates into complex financial workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fullstack development with a focus on delivering end-to-end features
- Strong ability to navigate both frontend and backend environments
- Solid problem-solving skills and a focus on building useful, well-crafted products
- Experience working in fast-moving, product-driven settings where iteration and feedback matter
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Go and TypeScript for building robust services and interfaces
- Experience using React to create responsive user experiences
- Working knowledge of Postgres for data modeling and querying
- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including ECS Fargate, AppFlow, S3, SQS, and Bedrock
- Proficiency with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code
- Use of Datadog for monitoring system performance and behavior
