As a Software Engineer Intern at Palantir Technologies, you will contribute high-quality code directly to Palantir Gotham, Foundry, or Apollo—software platforms used by critical institutions worldwide. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, from design to deployment, while being paired with a mentor dedicated to your growth.
What You'll Do
- Contribute high-quality code directly to Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, or Palantir Apollo
- Be involved throughout the product lifecycle — from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution and shipping
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand customers' problems and build solutions
- Be paired with a mentor dedicated to your growth and success
- Possibly tour customer environments such as an auto-manufacturer's assembly line or join a counter-terror analyst at their desk to understand mission challenges

- Commitment to seeing projects through from beginning to end despite obstacles (Ownership principle)
- Willingness to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds including Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Product Reliability Engineers
- Ability to work with trust and autonomy, managing time and priorities effectively

- Experience as a former university TA
