What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and long-term support of scalable software solutions
- Collaborate on feature architecture and deliver high-quality, maintainable code
- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote consistent engineering standards
- Drive discussions around system design, performance, and reliability
- Support and develop junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Work within a cross-functional, international team focused on innovation and execution
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of hands-on experience with ES6, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL in web and mobile web environments
- Proven background in server-side development using Python, Java, NodeJS, or Go
- Familiarity with both relational and non-relational database systems
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Authorization to work in Mexico
- Demonstrated technical leadership with influence beyond your immediate team
- Commitment to code quality, testing practices, and maintainable system design

You'll work with a modern stack including React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Java, NodeJS, and Go, supported by robust relational and non-relational data stores.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in Mexico. There is no requirement to work from a central office—choose your own productive workspace.
