Software Engineers at Palantir build scalable software to transform how organizations use data, contributing directly to Palantir Gotham used by government, defense, and non-profit sectors. You'll work across the product lifecycle with mentorship and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to solve real-world problems.
What You'll Do
- Involved throughout the product lifecycle — from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution and shipping
- Paired with a mentor dedicated to your growth and success
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand customers' problems and build solutions
- Opportunity to meet users in the field, such as touring an auto-manufacturer assembly line or joining a counter-terror analyst at their desk
- See projects through from beginning to end in spite of obstacles
- Work internally with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Product Reliability Engineers
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists to understand and solve customer problems
What We're Looking For
