Blueflame AI / Datasite is looking for a Software Engineer (Back End) to produce high-quality software solutions for the Blueflame AI platform. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement the server-side logic and functionality for the Blueflame AI platform, ensuring efficient data processing and management.
- Create, maintain, and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain APIs to enable communication between the server and client-side applications, as well as with third-party services.
- Implement security measures to protect data and applications from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities, including encryption and authentication protocols.
- Work closely with front end software engineers to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user interfaces.
- Implement best practices for optimizing platform performance.
- Identify and fix bugs in the code.
- Write and maintain documentation for code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in back end development, including new frameworks, libraries, and tools.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of Python.
- Experience building and working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Mongo and Redis.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and multi-threading.
- Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively.
- A minimum of 3-7 years of industry and/or technical experience.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or an equivalent engineering discipline.

- Interest in LLMs.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $100,600.00 - $169,800.00.
