What You'll Do
Design and implement backend components for internal development tools, emphasizing API architecture, system performance, and data management. Ensure platforms are highly available, scalable, and deliver a smooth user experience.
Take ownership of QA platform infrastructure, driving continuous improvements and iterative enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective technical designs.
Explore emerging technologies and apply innovative approaches to strengthen system reliability, particularly in email infrastructure. Apply strong analytical skills to model complex business logic into modular, maintainable systems.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Bring at least two years of professional backend development experience.
Demonstrate solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms. Have at least two years of hands-on experience with Go or Python.
Be proficient with at least one core open-source technology such as MySQL, Redis, or a message queue system. Possess a clear grasp of system architecture and development principles, especially relevant for infrastructure work.
Show strong logical reasoning skills, with the ability to decompose complex requirements into well-structured, scalable solutions.
