What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions from concept to deployment. Your work will focus on building robust, scalable backend systems that directly impact customer outcomes. Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and a mindset oriented toward growth and learning
- Solid foundation in computer science, including system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Proven experience developing with Python and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Track record of delivering high-quality, tested code in fast-moving environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to solve problems independently while working collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask
- Hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing RESTful APIs
- Exposure to React for frontend integration
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Collaborative experience working alongside product teams to ship end-user features
