Responsibilities
- Build advanced prototypes of AI-powered capabilities: fast, and good enough to put in front of real users
- Build demos, run experiments and evaluations that show whether a capability works for our users and is worth pursuing
- Make the design and architecture calls that keep a prototype fast to change now and viable to productise later
- Experiment with new AI tools and techniques, share what you learn with the internal AI community, and raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing and mentoring
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience
- Excitement about AI technology and willingness to experiment and hack with it
- Engineering depth to build prototypes that meet real data and real users
- Ability to make design and architecture calls that determine productisability
- User obsession: imagine the whole journey and build the smoothest possible experience
- Clear and structured communication skills to work with product, engineering and leadership
