Sortly is looking for a Software Engineer 2 - Frontend to develop user-focused solutions and enhance product performance. You'll join a global team committed to building a great product experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver awesome frontend product experiences.
Write clear, readable, and testable code.
Work with UX and PM teams to iterate and deliver the frontend experience, balancing functionality, performance, and usability.
Conduct code reviews and participate in architecture discussions.
Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve developer productivity, code simplicity, and new functionality.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in React, Angular, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.
Experience working with APIs and relevant middleware.
Ability to effectively debug issues to identify and address root causes with a focus on performance.
Demonstrated rigor in following and advocating for best engineering practices: modular and functional code, strong code reviews, test coverage, security, and performance testing.
Abreast with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
Flexibility to work across team members in multiple time zones while remote.
Ability to think analytically and approach problems from first principles.

Nice to Have

Experience with Typescript is a plus.
