JetBrains is looking for a Design/Frontend Engineer to join the team developing an AI Assistant for Web Testing. In this role, you will craft the user experience and build the interface for a tool that aims to transform how developers approach web testing.
What You'll Do
- Design, prototype, and implement the user interface for the AI-powered web testing assistant.
- Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive frontend components and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers and AI specialists to integrate the UI with underlying services.
- Translate complex AI-driven testing concepts into clear and simple user interactions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code.
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and frontend development expertise.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards.
- Experience building complex, interactive web applications.
- Ability to work independently on projects from concept to production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a distributed team.
Nice to Have
- Experience or interest in AI/ML-powered applications or developer tools.
