The Boeing Company is looking for a Software DevOps Engineer (Experienced or Senior level) to join our team in Poland. You will drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence for cloud-native and on-premise embedded aviation systems. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and observable deployment pipelines, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability and delivery velocity.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Level 3 (Experienced): Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI.
Level 3 (Experienced): Familiarity with Build tools like Bazel, CMake, Maven, or Bitbake.
Level 3 (Experienced): Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux system administration.
Level 3 (Experienced): Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Level 3 (Experienced): Knowledge of configuration and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Salt.
Level 3 (Experienced): Demonstrated design and system thinking skills.
Level 3 (Experienced): Experience collaborating in international and multi-national projects.
Level 4 (Senior): 6+ years of professional experience.
Level 4 (Senior): Strong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI.
Level 4 (Senior): Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux system administration.
Level 4 (Senior): Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Level 4 (Senior): Proficiency in at least one high-level modern programming language.
Level 4 (Senior): Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing systems like Grafana and Prometheus.
Level 4 (Senior): Familiarity with Build tools like Bazel, CMake, Maven, or Bitbake.
Level 4 (Senior): Good knowledge of configuration and infrastructure management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Salt.
Level 4 (Senior): Demonstrated design and system thinking skills.
Level 4 (Senior): Experience collaborating in international and multi-national projects.
