Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to new heights by setting an ambitious pace with rigorous quality expectations
- Manage daily engineering workflows, monitoring timelines and resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard
- Align engineering deliverables with customer needs, partnering closely with Product and Customer Operations to quickly resolve high-priority issues and ensure timely feature delivery
- Increase accountability across the team by setting clear performance expectations and regularly reviewing progress to ensure high standards are consistently met
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency
- Organize design reviews, post-mortems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate operational readiness for incidents and compliance requirements
- Oversee run-books, game-day simulations, and ensure security practices are maintained
- Mentor engineers, provide guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of technical excellence
