Drive client success at scale by guiding enterprise partners through every phase of their journey with our SaaS platform. From initial deployment to ongoing optimization, you’ll ensure clients achieve tangible results, deepen engagement, and expand their use of the product in alignment with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and go-live processes for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained value.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
- Design and deliver training programs that empower user teams and increase platform proficiency.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to C-suite audiences using data-driven narratives.
- Analyze client usage patterns and business outcomes to quantify impact on KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Product to surface client feedback, prioritize enhancements, and track resolution of critical issues.
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years in client-facing roles within enterprise SaaS, technical sales, consulting, or customer success.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting large datasets to inform strategy.
- A commercial mindset focused on retention, expansion, and measurable business impact.
- Deep empathy for customers, with a commitment to representing their needs internally.
- Direct communication style that values clarity, honesty, and mutual respect.
Preferred Background
- Experience in InsurTech or FinTech environments.
- Background working in fast-scaling startups funded by venture capital.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $135,000 – $190,000 USD. Includes a significant equity package and a 401(k) plan with full employer match. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is fully paid for employees and their families. Additional perks include a gym stipend, phone bill reimbursement, continuing education support, and 20 days of paid time off annually. Team offsites rotate globally, with upcoming destinations including Cartagena in 2025.
Work Environment
This role supports remote work for team members across the globe, with collaboration in multiple time zones and languages. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. A presence in the New York office is optional. We value flexibility without sacrificing connection.
