Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Social Media Manager VA to manage and grow social media accounts for diverse agency clients. You will be responsible for crafting strategies, creating content, and analyzing results to drive engagement. This remote role is an opportunity to join a small digital marketing agency focused on delivering tangible results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement social media strategies for clients, including content planning, creating and scheduling engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on clients' social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and communities to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Prepare and present regular social media reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and performance insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Experience running and managing multiple brands' social media profiles simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
- Experience with email marketing or SEO.
