The Talking Piece LLC is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and audience engagement. In this role, you'll manage our social media platforms, create content strategies, and drive brand growth across digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, short-form videos).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding and content direction.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Use scheduling and analytics tools to improve efficiency and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of content design tools (Canva or similar).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work in a remote team environment.
- Availability during standard business hours (flexible scheduling).
Nice to Have
- Experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
- Familiarity with short-form video content and trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
