The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of the organic social media strategy, athlete integration, content production, and conversion infrastructure using Manychat for Paired, a US-based direct-to-consumer company. This is a revenue-focused role requiring strategic execution, high content velocity, and measurable impact on business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a repeatable, scalable content engine
- Conduct viral strategy audits across comparable brands
- Extract repeatable formats, hook structures, and engagement patterns
- Build Figma boards to present and align on content direction
- Manage daily publishing cadence
- Oversee creator and UGC pipeline
- Optimize hooks, retention, and storytelling
- Test one new experimental content format weekly
- Build and optimize Manychat keyword flows
- Set up auto-DMs tied to Reel CTAs
- Segment users by product interest
- Track revenue impact from organic and retention efforts
- Ensure athletes are aligned to clear KPI buckets
- Improve content output and monetization structure
- Track whitelisting results and measurable ROI
- Maintain weekly KPI spreadsheet
- Report performance during executive meetings
