SellerX is looking for a Social Media Manager - DE (x/f/m) to own the social media presence for our flagship brands, AZ-Delivery and Wirefy. You will build digital communities that inspire makers and hobbyists in the DACH region and the USA, developing social strategies, creating compelling content, and driving engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop tailored social strategies for AZ-Delivery (DACH) and Wirefy (US) in close cooperation with the Senior Director.
- Plan, create, and publish original content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Build and maintain an active community by answering comments and DMs, fostering long-term engagement.
- Build and manage a brand ambassador program, from research and outreach to coordination and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Content, Email, and Performance Marketing teams to align campaigns across channels.
- Monitor performance, analyze relevant KPIs, and continuously optimize our social media presence.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in social media management, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C environment.
- Demonstrable expertise on Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok.
- Experience in creating engaging content with a keen eye for visual storytelling and strong copy.
- A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English.

- A genuine interest in DIY, microcontrollers, or the maker scene.
