Rad AI is looking for a Radiology Clinical Support Specialist (PA/NP/RA/RPA) to serve as a vital link between our clinical team and customers. In this role, you will ensure radiologists get maximum value from our AI-powered reporting solutions by providing deep clinical support, training, and acting as a clinical-technical bridge during customer implementations.
What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 2 & 3 clinical support for radiologists using Rad AI Reporting, including advanced features like Omnibox, nested pick lists, and template interactions.
- Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions with radiologists during go-lives and production testing.
- Demonstrate AI features to radiologist groups, helping them understand how to maximize time savings.
- Fix and optimize reporting templates when issues arise.
- Translate radiologist workflow needs into actionable product feedback.
- Support feature request conversations by understanding clinical requirements and feasibility.
- Provide intensive support during customer go-lives, including real-time chat and virtual presence.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues that sit at the intersection of clinical practice and technology.
- Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth implementations.
- Work directly with CMIOs to prioritize customer needs and allocate support resources.
- Interface with product and engineering teams to communicate clinical requirements and suggest upcoming product features based on clinical feedback.
- Create and maintain clinical documentation and training materials.
What We're Looking For
- Active licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA/RA-ARRT), or Radiology Practitioner Assistant (RPA/CBRPA) with radiology clinical experience.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in radiology departments or imaging centers.
- Experience with radiology reporting workflows and PACS.
- Strong understanding of radiology terminology, procedures, and report structures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and support physicians.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new software quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with voice recognition reporting systems (PowerScribe, Fluency, M*Modal).
- Previous experience in healthcare technology implementation or support.
- Background in clinical training or education.
- Experience with template creation and optimization in reporting systems.
- Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and radiology IT infrastructure.
