Binance is hiring a Social Media Manager focused on the Africa region. This full-time role will be based in either Accra, Ghana or Nairobi, Kenya, and will be responsible for shaping our social media presence across the continent.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Binance's presence in Africa.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to local audiences across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and community sentiment.
- Build and nurture an active, positive online community around Binance's brand.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to guide strategy and content decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align on campaigns and messaging.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, preferably in the Africa region.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape across Africa, including key platforms and cultural nuances.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local African languages is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, cross-functional team.
Work Mode
This is a full-time position that can be onsite or remote, operating on a hybrid model. The role is based in Accra, Ghana or Nairobi, Kenya.
