Scale Army is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and engage our online community. In this role, you will create, schedule, and post content across our social platforms to consistently communicate our brand message. You will be part of a fast-moving team in the dynamic blockchain space.

What You'll Do

Develop a comprehensive content calendar and ensure timely posting across all social media platforms.
Write compelling social media copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice and mission.
Support the creation of social media visuals and static posts.
Respond to questions, comments, and other interactions on social media platforms, fostering a positive community.
Monitor conversations and community sentiment, ensuring engagement aligns with company values.
Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and foster a sense of community.
Ensure all posts align with the company's vision and brand messaging.
Leverage AI tools to optimize content performance and improve engagement.
Stay on top of trends and ensure content is relevant and timely.
Manage the posting schedule and ensure consistent activity on key platforms: Twitter, Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord.
Track performance metrics and report on the success of social media campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Proficiency in generative AI for content creation and design.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to optimize content and engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience managing social media platforms like Twitter, Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
