BMS Rentals is looking for a Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. You will develop a strategic social media plan, create compelling content, and analyze performance across key platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and schedule high-quality content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to track success and improve future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in social media algorithms.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.
