Remote Recruitment is hiring a Social Media & Growth Strategist to take full ownership of our social media performance and drive measurable traction. In this role, you will be accountable for improving engagement, reach, and conversion through hands-on execution, with the scope to expand into broader growth strategy work as you deliver results. What You'll Do
- Own social media performance end-to-end across relevant platforms (content, posting, optimisation, reporting).
- Develop and execute content ideas that drive immediate traction, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyse social performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve outcomes.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Test, iterate, and optimise formats, messaging, and posting schedules.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
- Gradually contribute to broader growth and marketing strategy as results are proven.
- Work independently and take full responsibility for delivery in a lean startup environment.

- Proven experience delivering measurable social media growth and traction.
- Hands-on experience owning social media channels from ideation through to performance results.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, with the ability to grow into a more senior role over time.
- Highly execution-focused — comfortable doing the work, not just planning it.
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-accountable environments.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
