Outsourced Doers is hiring a Social Media Content Strategist to build structured 30-day content plans that help Founders grow their personal brands and build trust. In this role, you’ll leverage a combination of AI, templates, and creative sequencing to develop consistent, high-performing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
What You'll Do
- Research content themes and post ideas tailored to specific Founder niches
- Write or refine AI-generated captions to authentically match the Founder’s voice
- Build structured 30-day content calendars (including caption and post type)
- Schedule posts using Hootsuite and AI-assisted automation tools
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, editorial work, or social media strategy
- Strong short-form copywriting and content planning skills
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI writing tools
- Practical experience scheduling and managing social media content calendars
